David Peter is a Vice President and Financial Advisor at J.P. Morgan Securities, a wealth management division of J.P. Morgan. As a member of Maybach Partners’ due diligence team, he leverages his research capabilities and deep understanding of capital markets to provide actionable insights that help frame investment direction and strategies. David is a highly effective communicator and combined with his investment knowledge has developed meaningful long-term relationships with clients.

David has spent more than three decades in the financial services industry and has advised clients through a broad variety of market environments, navigating multiple business cycles and investment trends. He meets frequently with J.P. Morgan strategists, economists and analysts to tap the thought leadership of the firm. Maybach Partners benefits from David’s unique ability to translate the complexities of today’s capital markets into an understandable dialogue.

A graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.A. degree, David has devoted his entire career to the study of wealth mangement. He entered the business in 1979 and began working for Bear Stearns in 1981, before transitioning to J.P. Morgan Securities in 2008.
