Don Dyer is an Associate with J.P. Morgan Securities, the wealth management division of J.P. Morgan. He is an integral part of The OS Group, managing all aspects of operations for the team. His responsibilities encompass the client onboarding process, account maintenance and oversight, and funds movement.
In today’s highly regulated market environment, Don ensures the operations and client support aspects of this group’s service model run smoothly by taking the time to understand each client’s needs and potential concerns. His empathy along with his extensive knowledge of systems and procedures help him to foster strong and lasting client relationships. These attributes, natural intellectual curiosity, and his propensity for keeping up-to-date with new developments in the industry, make Don a vital contributor to The OS Group.
Don has been with J.P. Morgan Securities and its predecessor firm, Bear Stearns, for more than 31 years. Originally part of the company’s Margin Department in its New York City headquarters, Don moved to the Boston office, where he became the Assistant Operations Manager followed by Operations Manager. He then became Operations Manager of the San Francisco office in 1996 and joined The OS Group in his current capacity in 2000.
Don grew up in northern New Jersey. He currently lives in the East Bay with his wife and two grandsons. During his spare time, Don is a Scoutmaster in his grandson’s Boy Scout troop, and enjoys serving as their soccer coach.
